Thank you for choosing Nritya Dhara Dance & Music Academy. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our students. However, if you need to cancel your admission or subscription, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy

1. Course Admission/Enrollment Cancellation

   • If you wish to cancel your course admission/enrollment, you must notify us in writing via email: nrityadhara.academy@gmail.com

   • Please note that course admission/enrollment fees are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

   • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting us at nrityadhara.academy@gmail.com.

   • Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded for the current month but will not renew for the next month.

   • Annual subscriptions will be refunded on a prorated basis, deducting the months already used and any administrative fees.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • To be eligible for a refund on subscription fees, you must submit a written request via email to nrityadhara.academy@gmail.com.

   • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.

2. Processing Time

   • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

   • The refunded amount may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

   • Administrative fees, including registration and processing fees, are non-refundable.

   • Course enrollment fees are non-refundable.

   • Fees for any materials or services already provided are non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

   • In case of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other significant issues, please contact us at nrityadhara.academy@gmail.com. We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Courses and Subscriptions

Nritya Dhara Dance & Music Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel courses, schedules, and subscription plans. In the event of such changes, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.
